Amazing layout

Thought provoking

I got into journalling about a month ago with no real structure. I saw MindJournal and thought I would give it a go to become better at journalling in ways which are more meaningful. So far so good, it has prompted me to think about things I wouldn't have considered myself and to acknowledge thoughts I might usually dismiss.

I haven't done anything like this in all my 37 year's but highly recommend. Don't get me wrong, like anything in life you have to work at it. The mind journal makes you want to write all sorts of things with its easy layout. If you are new to something like this, the mind journal is a great start!

My favorite Morning.. I look forward to it

I have been trying to practice mindfulness many ways. But mind journal has helped me explore many areas I have neglected. Instead of business, ads, scaling, and sales. I am now thinking family, connections, personal why, dream, strength and weaknesses. It is not like I did not know it before but I could so caught up in the day to day grind that I forgot about the other sides of me.

Mental Clarity
