Amazing! Highly recommend!

MindJournal has helped me become more positive in my daily life. Since I have started using MindJournal, I have managed to make big steps towards my goal/s. I have always been a anxious person but opening up and writing down everything that goes through your head helps massively as you feel like there is so much weight on your shoulders. I loved this journal so much I bought a second one for my wife. There's only one question that is gender-related and it can very easily be changed from "man" to "woman". She loves the journal just as much as I do!

Genuinely an amazing little book

I’m new to Mind Journalling, I actually began my journey being critical of the pricing. I was so wrong! This little book is worth every penny and every minute. There is a lot of buzz about mental health recently and some of it can seem like a cash in, this couldn’t be further from that crowd if it tried, the team were absolutely lovely and did everything they could to make sure I got a chance to see how this can help. The little exercises warm you up and get you ready for what to write and it really is genuinely cathartic to read it back once you have let go. This book can save lives and it can just help you get back in touch with who you are. My only qualm now is I want a bigger book, because I love writing in it! I can’t thank the team enough for the impeccable customer service and dedication to helping others.

My changes for the best already

It has helped my recognise issues in my life and take action. Bucket list journaling

When I was young I loved stories of any kind. MindJournal allows me to record my story and that is so empowering a diary has it’s purpose but this is something more. I love the set-out and it is a wonderful aid to clear the mind when fogged. I would only make one slight adjustment for the first thirty days with prompts and that’s when I focus on the prompts I don’t always manage to surmise my day and perhaps if there was a small daily summary section this would help. It may just be me but I sometimes concentrate so much on the top I forget to journal the day.

Good but negativity weighted

It has helped me explore my thoughts, it’s a lovely book really well put together and a really nice feel and style to it. I find it a bit frustrating however as the how are you feeling boxes are weighted to negative feelings and a lot of the questions are focused on negative feelings. I’m a positive guy and often struggled with relating to some of the tasks such as stress bucket. I don’t really have anything that overly stressful and I can manage what I do feel stressed or uncomfortable about. More of the reflecting on my day, long term plans and reflecting on role models please, less of the angry sad and stressed please.
