The majority of the journal is blank space for you to fill in yourself. It has 30 writing prompts, all of which you could find on your own with some googling. Not worth the price.

Superb resource

It has the questions we like to skim over and avoid in our autopilot life towards a mediocre life. When you are forced to focus on aspects that are really meaningful, rather than the relentless hamster wheel, you start to see how it might be possible to get off the wheel and plan your life better. Only regret is it’s taken half my life to realise it.

Great moment to reflect

It’s powerful to be able to break your day into small pieces to tackle. Feels rewarding when you accomplish goals. Makes you think hard about all aspects of your life which in turn helps you to understand them. Highly recommend

So far so good

I’m only 4 days in but I can see the benefit already. It’s making me realise what I should be grateful for in life and what I need to work on. It’s ME who has to input it so it’s all my own doing which essentially is making me accountable to 1. Be grateful for what I have in life no matter how small and 2. Appreciate what areas of my life need a little work. I’m on it.

New Morning Routine

My usual routine used to be wake up, make coffee, read the news online and then get drawn into social media sites. Now I spend that time with my coffee and journal, reflecting on my day. Making this time for myself feels great.
