Refunds & Exchanges
If you change your mind or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact email@example.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to organise an exchange or a refund for you.
Please note that your Journal will need to be returned to us in its original condition with all packaging intact.
In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
