Why a journal for men?

Journaling changed my life, and I believe that it can help contribute to the wellbeing of men.

I've struggled with anxiety and PTSD since the suicide of my mum and I know that there are so many guys like me who struggle with their emotions and communicating them to others. I hope that by sharing my story and getting guys to start journaling, I can help them to feel better and improve both their health and happiness. You can read my full story here.
