It has never been easier to incorporate daily journaling into my morning routine.
My journal has helped me in so many ways, it’s supported me to explore inner thoughts which have laid dormant for years without me dealing with them. It’s allowed me the time and space to grow from my explorations of my inner world.
Never had a journal or thought about keeping one. It’s been a rough year mentally and needed something simple to assist . So far been such a positive thing, so simple. Allowed me to think about myself and my feelings
I have found it difficult to write regularly in my journal, but with the exercises in the journal I have found that I have grown in my own self confidence to write what I’m feeling, doing, trying to achieve at this moment in my life. Journaling is giving me clarity and understanding of my thoughts, emotions and allowing me to express my feelings more clearly to my family.
It’s helping me pull the various strands of my life together and plan all aspects, not just parts. I like the updates too, great inspiration 👍

It asks good questions that make you analize and begin answering those tough questions. Its been hard to start but now i have been more consistent with my journaling.
