      Designed for beginners, the MindJournal features our signature Check-in tool and 30 life-changing exercises to help you kickstart your writing. We recommend starting with MindJournal if you’re new to journaling.

      The MindJournal Pro is the next step after completing the MindJournal. It keeps our signature Check-In tool but removes the 30 exercises, giving you more freedom and less guidance.

      How long does MindJournal take to complete?

      So, this depends on how often you use your MindJournal. We have guys that journal every day to others who might do it once a month. The good thing is that our products are undated and designed to fit your routine. So take some time with it and find what works for you. But to give you an idea: if you journaled five times a week (on average), it would take you around three months to finish.
