We ship worldwide and all orders are dispatched safely and securely within 1-2 business days.
COVID-19 Update / 25th March 2020
At this point our fulfilment warehouse is continuing without disruption, taking every necessary precaution to get your orders out safely. However, some shipping services are being affected, please see the updates below.

Currently, UK orders are unaffected by any delays so our estimated shipping times still apply.
Due to delays caused by COVID-19 we cannot guarantee our estimated shipping times as delays at borders are likely and at this point, unknown.
We currently ship all US orders from our UK warehouse. We have just been informed that due to delays caused by COVID-19 our main courier, Royal Mail is stopping all airmail to the US for the foreseeable future.
As a company this leaves us with only two couriers to ship to the USA, DHL and FedEx. We currently use these couriers for our express service and because of this, the cost is significantly higher.
We truly value our US community and have been working hard to find a solution to this problem, ensuring we can not only match, but improve the shipping services we have previously offered.
The good news is that as of the 1st May 2020 we will be opening a warehouse in the US, which will achieve our goal to get fast, affordable shipping back in place.
Until then, if you are based in the US, when you checkout, you will only have the express options available. However, please be assured that it will only be a few weeks until our service returns to normal.
Canada, Australia & ROW

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method.

We offer worldwide shipping and dispatch all orders safely and securely within 1-2 business days using a tracked service. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email and/or text. If you don’t receive it please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it can end up in there.
If you still haven’t received it or you are having trouble tracking your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm (GMT) or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
These estimates do not include holidays, delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
Date of delivery may also vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and items ordered.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate shipping cost for your order please add your chosen products to the cart and head to the checkout.
Once at the checkout screen, both shipping charges and estimated shipping times will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large, bulky items.
Please note that MindJournal will not be responsible for any customs or duty fees charged as a result of your order, please check all relevant information regarding this before placing your order with us.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at the time of purchase.
If a mistake has been made, please email email@example.com immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to make the change for you. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.

With thousands of Journals already sold, we’re confident you’ll love yours too. But if for any reason you don’t, please email email@example.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue you a full refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you change your mind or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you.
Please note that your Journal will need to be returned to us in its original condition with all packaging intact.
In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order to email@example.com. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
