All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place the order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.
We offer worldwide shipping and dispatch all orders safely and securely within 24 hours using a tracked service.
Our estimated shipping times are as follows:
UK: 2-3 Business Days
Europe: 3-6 Business Days
USA & Canada: 5-7 Business Days
Australia & ROW: 5-7 Business Days
UK: 1-2 Business Days
Europe: 1-2 Business Days
USA & Canada: 1-3 Business Days
Australia & ROW: 1-4 Business Days
Delivery timeframes do not include holidays, delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
We ship worldwide. Just add your order to your cart and go through to the shipping page. If you can't see your country on the list, please email [email protected] and we'll do our best to get one in the post to you.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 24 hours from the time of your order. Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
We don't currently offer next day delivery, however, if your request is urgent, please email [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, just add the items you would like to purchase to your basket and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large, bulky items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your journal as much as we do. However, if you do need to return your order for whatever reason, you will need to:
1. Notify us that you would like to return your journal – [email protected]
2. Package your item securely to ensure the journal is returned in a good condition. Journals can only be returned if they are still in their original cellophane wrapping.
3. Return your journal to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
*Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order to [email protected]. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
