In some parts of the UK we are seeing slightly longer delivery times than normal. This is due to staff shortages and the unprecedented demand that the service is currently under. The revised shipping times are as follows:

Free Priority Tracked: 3-5 Business Days (Royal Mail)
Express Tracked: 1-2 Business Days (DPD)

Europe
Unfortunately, due to delays caused by COVID-19, we cannot currently offer estimated delivery times as severe delays at borders are likely and at this point, unknown. If you would still like to go ahead and place an order we would advise choosing the 'Express Tracked' option at checkout.

USA
We are pleased to announce that our new US warehouse is now shipping orders to all US customers. At present we have not received any reports of delays across the network. 

Our most up to date shipping times are as follows:

Free Priority Tracked: 3-8 Business Days (DHL)
Express Tracked: 1-3 Business Days (USPS)

Canada, Australia & ROW

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method.

If you are purchasing a product that is on ‘pre-order’ the date of delivery will be displayed on the product description.


Worldwide Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery and dispatch all orders safely and securely within 1-2 business days using a tracked service. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a delivery notification via email and/or text. If you don’t receive it please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it can end up in there.

If you still haven’t received it or you are having trouble tracking your order please email support@mindjournals.com and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm (GMT) or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

These estimates do not include holidays, delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Date of delivery may also vary due to carrier delivery practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and items ordered.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate delivery cost for your order please add your chosen products to the cart and head to the checkout.

Once at the checkout screen, both delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas or for large, bulky items.

Please note that MindJournal will not be responsible for any customs or duty fees charged as a result of your order, please check all relevant information regarding this before placing your order with us.

Delivery Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the time of purchase.

If a mistake has been made, please email support@mindjournals.com immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to make the change for you. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please email support@mindjournals.com immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to cancel your order for you. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.

With thousands of Journals already sold, we’re confident you’ll love yours too. But if for any reason you don’t, please email support@mindjournals.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue you a full refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you change your mind or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact support@mindjournals.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you.

Please note that your Journal will need to be returned to us in its original condition with all packaging intact.

In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order to support@mindjournals.com. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
