Loving it! Clear mind so far

Fantastic tool

I do not use MindJournal too much, for me it is a go to place to write down my thoughts, tools I have come across to help with my mental health, plans and so forth. I am a depressive and for four months until Feb 2020, I had been clinically depressed. Since Feb I have had a couple of bad days but I now have three key tools that for me have made a life changing, positive and hopefully sustainable effect on lifting my mood. 1. My new Fitbit - monitoring my activity. 2. Noom App - Changing my mindset to a healthier state, providing coping methods that are sustainable, oh and helping me lose weight. 3. My MindJournal - It's a lovely thing! For me, it is my go to place when things are tough or I have too much on my mind. Writing my thoughts into such a fine book is calming and helps me logically process what's on my mind. Because I want to write nicely in the journal I slow down. Together they are all part of what helps me achieve and maintain a healthier state of mind.

Slowly getting into it
